When we photograph a wedding it’s about much more than ‘one epic image’ that’s going to sit on our portfolio, or hang on your wall. The way we approach every wedding is to tell your story and document your wedding day through our eyes from start to finish – we will be there as friends by your side laughing with you and crying with you. There will be lots of banter- usually me paying out a groomsman!
We try to document all the things, which tell your story. The house you got ready in, the surroundings – mountains, lakes, vibes, emotions, your mum crying, the guests, your friend drunk dancing… we try to capture how it feels to be there and every photo is important to us – not just the portraits.
This is why when we showcase a wedding on my website ‘stories’ it isn’t just a few epic pics in the best light to show off our career highlights, it’s hundreds of images to show the couples full day from start to finish – in good light & in harsh light, so you get a real feel for how we photograph throughout a wedding day.
